Clinical Pipeline

1. Lead indication for ThermoDox^® (Primary Liver Cancer)
   • Pivotal Phase III HCC agreed - January 2008; study sites, including China; primary end point is progression-free survival.
2. Second indication for ThermoDox (RCW)
   • Phase I enrolling to establish MTD, anticipate this study will establish a safe and useful dose by the fourth quarter of 2010. Demonstrated biological activity (complete local response) at 30 mg/m² in patient population.
   • Pivotal multi-site RCW trial was initiated in 2009.
